Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Étoile. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.
  1. Return Window
    • You may return or exchange most full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Holiday orders placed between 1 November and 24 December may be returned or exchanged until 31 January the following year.
  2. Eligible Condition
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all original tags attached.
    • Footwear must be returned in the original box.
    Final-sale, under-garments, swimwear without the hygiene seal, customised or personalised products are non-returnable.
  3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    • Log in to your account → “Order History” → select “Return / Exchange”.
    • Choose:
    Refund to the original payment method, or
    Exchange for another size / colour, or
    Store credit (valid for 12 months).
    • Print the prepaid label sent to your email, attach it to the original packaging and drop it off at any carrier location listed.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Domestic orders: return shipping is free.
    International orders: return shipping costs and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Processing Time
    • Once we receive your parcel, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection.
    • Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 3–5 additional business days.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    • Contact info@domain.com within 3 days of receipt with photos.
    • We will provide a prepaid label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
  7. International Returns
    • Please mark the parcel as “Return Merchandise – No Commercial Value” to avoid additional duties.
    • Processing may take up to 14 business days after arrival.
